GuestFly works beside your booking software or PMS. Connect it once, and guests, stay dates and rooms arrive on their own, so each guest gets the right private link without anyone typing it twice.
Built-in connections
GuestFly connects to Hostex, Smoobu, Lodgify, Hostaway and Beds24. Once connected, it syncs on its own every few minutes, keeps guests and stays up to date, and shows the state of each connection so a problem is never silent. Credentials are encrypted.
Any other software
If your software is not listed, it can send bookings to a private webhook address that GuestFly gives you, or you can upload a CSV file of guests. Either way, each guest receives a private concierge link for their stay.

Do I have to change my PMS?
