Hotel upselling software that sells when the guest is asking

Most extras go unsold because the guest never knew they could ask. GuestFly puts your services in the guest's chat, offers them at the right moment, and takes payment online or at the desk.

Services guests can book in a tap

You list what you sell: an airport transfer, a late check-out, breakfast in bed, a spa session, a private tour. Each service has a price, the questions the team needs (date, time, passengers, flight), and an optional sale price shown crossed out.

The guest sees the services in the concierge, answers the questions, and pays by card on your own Stripe account, or books and pays at reception. You keep the sale, less a commission that is a percentage of the selling price and that falls as your plan grows.

The right offer at the right moment

The concierge knows the stage of the stay. It suggests a transfer before arrival and a late check-out the day before departure, not the other way round. On Growth and Pro, it can propose a personalised rate within the two limits you set: a minimum price and a maximum discount. The offer lasts a few hours, so a guest has a reason to decide now.

See exactly what you keep

Every service card shows the selling price, your cost, GuestFly's commission and your estimated net, before the service goes live. The revenue page then tracks sales, payments and what GuestFly generated, so you can tell which services earn.

  • Price, cost, commission and net on every service
  • Offers within limits you control
  • Online card payment or payment at the desk
  • Receipts and transaction numbers for every sale

Guests are never pushed

On Pro, a guest whose problem was reopened is not offered extras until it is fixed. Every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe.

Questions hotels ask

How do hotels earn money with GuestFly?

By selling services such as transfers, late check-out, breakfast and spa sessions through the guest chat. The hotel keeps the sale after its own cost, minus a commission on the selling price.

Does GuestFly take a commission?

Yes, a percentage of the selling price of services sold through GuestFly: 10% on Starter, 7.5% on Growth and 5% on Pro. No sale, no commission, and rooms are never included.

Can guests pay online?

Yes. Guests pay by card through Stripe on the hotel's own Stripe account, where Stripe is available. Hotels elsewhere can collect payment themselves and record it.

Is the AI allowed to give discounts?

Only within the limits you set, and only on Growth and Pro. The server decides the final price, never the AI.
